pm problem

Hi I tired to pm a new member of my team to welcome them and it says member not found. Is this a glitch or indeed has the member joined and then absconded

That's right Rev Joy. The PM system doesn't work from these pages now. Neither does invitation. Tim should be working on it.

It could be that their account wasn't created yet. I'm going to be doing a re-run of the creation function. I also am only going to be creating the accounts for active members, so the forum doesn't get too bulky and run slower ;-)

In my case I sent PMs to those with level 4 or better. It was sent to a non-existent person, and I don't believe that was someone who wasn't registered yet! :)

Hi Tim it usually if says if they are activated members or not doesnt it?

I have an unactivated member from yesterday lol so I know

Appraently this person is a free member I assume from the weekend and activated but no level I dont think

I havent had issues with anyone elses pms

Things are really improving now. Tim has gotten rid of most of the bugs from implementing the new forum. All in all he has done a remarkable job -- again. PMs and invitations seem to work fine now. Even the Forum link on the main page takes you to the new forum! :)

Well that's because of all of YOU helping me find them! And I have been writing them down on paper and crossing them off as I fix em =P
