It seems that some Members have missed reading the "T.O.S. (http://www.startxchange.com/tos.php)" and have overlooked this Posting (http://forums.startxchange.com/showpost.php?p=2012&postcount=1) by DeHawkinz, be warned "There is Absolutely NO Outside Advertising allowed anywhere in the forum except through your signature (UP to 4 Lines), your website(s) and your banner(s)"

Answers: the credits (points) you earn on the exchange cannot be changed to money, they are used to advertise your site. (revjoybunny)
The more you surf, the more credits you build and can assign to your ads which are then shown to other surfers. You are not surfing for money but the ability to display your site to others. (networldgateway)

Answer: The Goal setting is found on your members page, by default it is usually set to Level 1, but you can edit it to whatever you choose. The GOAL refers to what you set as your target activity level. The GOAL target is set as being the middle of the Activity Level.
The idea of the GOAL is that if you surf the specified number of pages every day, you will reach your target within 14 days, usually less. It is based on just surfing, so if you are earning activity points from other sources, you may reach it faster.
You can see the surfing targets for the various levels by going to the Daily Views (http://www.startxchange.com/members/position.php?action=daily) page - To see your activity points on a day-by-day breakdown, go to the View my Points (http://www.startxchange.com/members/position.php?action=points) page - If you have any questions, or need clarification - just ask :) (DeHawkinz)
