Hi All

We are in the process of moving to a new support system. This is in an effort to give you better support, and make our lives easier in doing support. Cool things are:


Support Ticket System - Richard and I will be able to access the incoming support tickets, rather than him having an email address and me having one, and us not being able to access the other's.
Live Chat System - Integrated in with the ticket system, and we both can be online whereas the other only one could be in (even if I was "Away" he couldn't login)
Knowledge Base System - We have one now, but this will be integrated in all together. See a pattern here? One place for support rather than 20!

There are also other ones. I'm also in the process of making it so it will create a ticket automatically if a Paypal IPN fails, as these are happening often now. I can even make it text message me if Richard puts a ticket to "Critical" (not setup yet, but will be soon!).

You can also use the support email address or the live chat button (if we are away it'll create a ticket). Soon at the above address there will be a KB and other helpful stuff.

Yes, indeed it's much better.

Also having Knowledge Base System in one place it's a very good idea. Browsering all the Forum if i want to know something it's rather difficult for us as older members too, not only for the newbies.

If you are not seeing the new support button, and are using no-scripts, you will need to allow helpserve.com to see the button and contact us via livesupport :)
