This is a reminder, can you make sure you submit ALL support requests via either the support system, or support email address support@startxchange.com, and not by PM.

This is because if Tim or I are away, we will not be able to respond to PM support requests.

You can create a temporary support ticket by going to the livesupport button when offline (it opens in a new window)
or going to the support desk

(you will need to create a support account first, but this will enable you to login and review your support history)

Remember, Support tickets can be reviewed (and responded to) by both of us, PMs can not :(
