Tim, our team is doing very good so please don't think I'm sulking for saying this, but right is right and fair is fair.

When I checked right now, we were in the number 2 position in all categories. That's quite an achievement!

But looking at it, we have 9 referrals, the same as no.1 team, Team Clean. Of course with the same number of referrals we should share the same position, but Team Clean has 83 members and we have 22. So we have nearly four times as many referrals per head!

In all fairnes, the results should be based on average in ALL THREE categories. Otherwise the biggest team will have the best chance, instead of the team with the best overall performance.
