Is this a bug?

I just noticed that when I assign banner impressions using the mass assign page, I always have some left over when I'm done. I'll assign impressions to the banners until I've used the amount showing at the top. However, when I click on save, the next page still shows some unassigned impressions. I'll assign those and click save. Then the unassigned impressions is zero.

I hope that all made sense.

If you are using the banner exchange, it's probably you earning impressions while you are assiging. Otherwise it could be banners are being viewed while you assign, and so it tries to adjust the assigned impressions accordingly.
