Reporting sites problem

Hey Tim, I tried to report a site today and when I hit the report button it brought me to the SX log in page. Tried logging in but it just kept bringing me back to it. Any ideas?

Hi,

The usual reason is blocking cookies - especially if you use the surf link from a bookmark. It can also be caused by pop-up / spyware blockers thinking it is an advert.

Same thing happened to me. This is the first time...maybe because I just install that script blocker thing??!!
Was going to report it only because it looked as though someone forgot the www. in front of their website:eek:

I think I have uncovered the problem - that the report button points to the wrong location.

When I click it, it goes to
http://www.startxchange.com/report.php (plus username and site ID)

But the report page is at
http://www.startxchange.com/members/report.php

The first goes to the login page.

Hi

The problem is a change in the website, the password cookie is encrypted and so the old page couldn't log you in. I created the new one yesturday and might have forgotten to change the link =P
