Hi All,

Hope you can help. I'm not computer smart so I need help. When my screen shows my rankings at the bottom, I'm missing everything. I can't tell what my ranking is so Do I nedd to fix this or is there something that you can do to move this up, just a little so I can read it?

This is what worked for me. I don't know what browser you are using so I will do what I can to help.

1. If you have numerous toolbars installed, try reducing down to one or two (I only use firefox so can only give you the instruction for that: click View > toolbars > customize - than click on and drag the unwanted toolbars back into the selection list that should pop up.)

2. Reduce font size. (Firefox Instructions: View > Text Size > Decrease (keyboard shortcut crtl + -) or just click on decrease)

Also what is your screen resolution set at? Sometimes changing that will clear the problem up as well.
