problems with logging in

I can't seem to log in when mataching the shape (startexchange) to put my name in for winning credits.
It seems I come to a log in page to make my claim for the prize and I just can't log in. I even tried to assig credits and I have to log in but I can't its not taking my password
Can you please help

Barbara, try launching the members area page and logging in without trying to claim a prize. I never get a prompt to login when I get the claim prize page.

I can surf, but when I go to report a page it throws me to the login in page, when I try to log in I can't, and then when I click on the send password it comes up with webpage cannot be found.....probably a glitch somewhere.

I've been having issues with forum password .
I've had to have a new pass emailed to me three times since the new forum. and I'm not sure why this occurs? I allow my browser to remember this pass.
My user and pass for surfing has remained the same since I joined.

Check that your browser accept cookies from the site.

Randy - If you use the forgot password link, it could be changing your password on the forum. If you go here it'll synch the passwords so the one login works:

http://www.startxchange.com/members/forumfix.php

You might have to clear your StartXchange cookies after doing that for it to work (if it has the old forum cookies it won't know to create new ones)
