No letters

Did anyone else's letters not show up on April 8th? I had letters on the 7th, but when it rolled over to the next day there was nothing there. I surfed to 50 sites.

Nice to know. I just wish the browser didn't keep trying to actually load those letters for 24 hours. Everything from images.startxchange.com seems to choke my browser so it keeps going and going. Ended up just not surfing SX yesterday.

I've made the thumbnails at the bottom one image. This should help as it'll be one image rather than 24. I also removed the word game image entirely now. So hopefully this helps Su! (let me know if you still are getting issues).

Yeah I know. But something needed to be done as the number of hits to the server was getting high from it. I might be able to make an image map that lets you hover over them. Will have to look into the effects of that on load time.

Another thing that I don't like so much is that it's static. One picture takes less time than 24 regardless, but it would be nice it it was updated once in a while. :)

I was using the surfbar images as a spot the surfer for the team now its one image its a bit more problematic kind of explains tho why Im not seeing many of the team online lol

As long as it's only one picture it doesn't take much time, but it's still not being updated so right now it doesn't serve its purpose.
I've checked; the picture is still exactly the same as the whole of yesterday.

Yes Inge, I have noticed the pictures are not changing
and it has been that way for several days now...

I am sure Tim will take care of it...
Probably not a top priority right now...

you know BJ I think you may be right I was coming to think if its not doing much maybe its run its course and should be removed (icon surfbar images)
