new members messages not getting through

Hi Tim I gained 2 new members this morning and no messages to tell me.

Has your system gone awol? or have you stopped it?

I have more referrals and did not receive any notice as well...
Tim might of changed the script when he went to the new forum format
Just a guess...

I use a website welcome to welcome new referrals. That excludes the automatic PM so the website sends an email instead. Works like a charm and I don't need to write a welcome every time.
I'd like to see the same option for new team members.
Also I'd like to know their username! :)

Other TEs send an email with all that info included for any new referrals...
Each TE has their Pros AND Cons...but none of them ask their members
about any pending improvements or additional benefits like Tim does...

I think it might be because the forum accounts aren't being created right away for new members on StartXchange. Still a bit quirky but it might work now.

Iget emails on everthing else
Is there something special you need to do for referrals?
