Hi rodillon,
I think that our online business can't make a living for us, but only help us to earn some extra money (unless you are a "GURU").
Also you need to build your friends/customers list to share with them every new business you are finding.
Good luck!:)

there are ways to make money online but as Noemi says its not a living unless you are this great guru.
You could try paid to read sites and paid to click sites steer clear of promises of quick wealth because they are usually empty ones that leave you discouraged.
dont expect too much of yourself and above all only put in money you can afford to lose because not all opportunities are for real
take care and good luck.

Rodillon, yes it's hard to make it online.
No better than in the real life, sorry.
No miracles, no gurus, stop listening to them!
However with some skills and branding yourself
you may discover another way of feeding your wallet.

Hi rodillon!
It can be very difficult in the beginning. I strongly discourage thinking you'll make a living off the income right away. Any business, whether offline or online, can take years to produce a great income. I've heard it said that offline it typically takes 5 years to make a profit. Online expenses are much less, but you still can't expect overnight success ;-)

Rodillon,
The advice you have been receiving holds true - 99% of the 'money making' schemes you will see on traffic exchanges will not make you much money (if any) in the short term.
There is an old saying, "you get out what you put in" and this is just as true with the internet. To make even a small regular income you need to invest! I am talking more than money here, I am talking above all of time and effort - you will need to spend the time and effort to develop and promote reputable programs, and developing your own personal reputation.
The successful marketers online, ie the ones who can make a new program pay, are the ones who have developed their personal image and reputation, such that when they say 'I endorse...' people respect their opinion and judgement.
Your best advice at this point in time is a two pronged approach:
1. Develop your image and reputation - "branding" in marketing speak
2. Take the time to cultivate relationships with leading marketers, and learn from them.

I agree it is hard to make money on the internet, however, it is possible. I have found a site that is sure to be big, well at least in my opinion. It will just take time to build. Take a look:

Just because it's "online" doesn't mean it happen's faster
It's a business and developing a business takes time, money and effort
a real lot of effort. The so called "GURU's .....half of what you see
don't believe it!
I will leave you with this thought, if you see it and believe in it, go for it and
never listen to anyone with neg thoughts. If you don't succeed in the first
approach at internet marketing, latch on to someone that is successful at it and
be a sponge, learn everything you can, especially LISTEN and WATCH what they
do that works and more importantly...what doesn't work.
Netmarketing is in constant flux, find your nitche, develop and grab it!!!!
Knowledge is the power...neg waves will destroy you...stay away from them.
I speak from the heart and have walked the path.
All my Best to you!

Your correct, however you can reduce the losses by being educated about runnning an online or off-line biz. The largest problem with people trying to make it on the net is their lack of knowledge...that is why time heals all.
If and only if they learn.:)

Thanks for your wise words, John. I have tried to apply for working for free, but never got response (I got a response that I'd be responded). I'll keep trying until I find what I’m seeking for. I have found a great team! I too think it's hard sometimes to be rejected, even I offered free service. I don't think any in this forum is so naive to believe in quick money.
Phuong,
if it's like in Norway you can work and make money without losing your official support, as long as you're self-employed and not working for wages. I personally get a little something because I have a chronic illness and "can't work" but that doesn't mean that I'm inactive! :)
On the contrary, I spend many hours each day doing what I like best, and .. well ... I could honestly say I have no money problems. :)
The best thing about networking is that you meet so many different people. With a few exceptions, that's a blessing!
When you're sick, you get to know what's most important to you. For most of us, friends is one of those things.
Networking is a slow process when it comes to making money. I worked very hard for 4-5 months before I could make enough to pay my loan interests, but after a couple of years I made a normal "salary". Some make it faster, but each of us is different, and some attract people like flytraps, while others need to go searching for the right people.
Anyway, if you find a first-class product that you use and benefit from, and an honest company that has proven its value over several years, there's a good chance that if you learn from those who have "made it", you can do it too. Just don't give up after a few months, because quitting is the safest way to failure.

You have received all the advice you need from the experienced people here. Don't listen to any of the Guru's just trying to sell you something disguised as help. The advice you received here is honest and without any hidden agenda.
Good for all the SX members!
Good luck and give it some time, you will get it right.

I don't mind to work hard, I have worked 50hrs a week in the last 17 years except the 6 months on maternity leave. And I spend another 10-15 hrs on on-line marketing.
Inge, I agree with you on difference of personality. I don't make friend easily, but I don't give up easily either. Though I also agree with rodillon, that it feels hard sometimes. Believe me I appreciate the friendship we have in our team and team members here in this forum, which I couldn't buy for money.

Hi Rodillon,
First: Sorry for my english but I hope you'll understand what I mean.
I'm networker since few time, and me too I'm discouraged many time because I spend long time to internet and I don't get real good result yet. I have a fulltime job too. I don't have a lot of money, for this reason I invest time online. You should to understand how is long to get some result, some income for a business... online like in real life(outline). Never surrender... spend time or money that you can, whatever if it's few and when you'll find which opportunity is good for yourself, use the way and every little effort that you can do each day to reach your goal. Focus on this goal! Don't forget "Winner never surrender, who surrender never win!"
I found this opportunity and I'm ready to do each day a little part for reach a better life. But I can't suggest you this opportunity because it's in french language(no in english yet). I make really few money with that and I didn't get my investment back yet. I really hope that you'll find the good opportunity for you. Search and look... you'll find for sure.
God Bless!

We are all here for one reason or another to help out with the income coming into our homes or simply for the friendship, we all have stories to tell about things that have scammed us or not been worthwhile. But there is one thing that has made it possible for us to be here, and that is to help each other in whatever way we can. Making money online is hard yes but we make some great friends doing it espeacilly here. Many other forums would tell people to stop being whingers and moaners but its great to see so much practical help. But remember the person asked for it has to act on it else things wont change.
I know your trying and I know its hard but you have to keep going if a dream is worth having its worth fighting for.
I and others Im sure are standing with you at the first step of the new day.

Depending on the nature of the beast, it can be very hard to make a substantial income online. It can take years of searching and failure, for an individual to find the right niche that works for them (or so this has been my experience with the internet game).
You just got to take it one day at a time (I know this can be hard, when you are needing the extra money now), don't let other people's success bring you down, keep moving forward until you find your niche, and most importantly making sure that you have another line of income coming in, until you are able to sustain the lifestyle you wish to have solely from the income you make online.
Your day will come, so don't give up hope. With the right amount of effort and time you will get up there too. So keep your chin up and things will start falling into place before you know it. Take care and warm blessings to you. :)

Just wanted to add, if you have found something you believe in, a good place to start is talking to co-workers or friends about the program(s) you are enrolled in. I find that in some cases it is easier to get people to trust you, if they can see you face to face and can ask questions instantly. Since basically when we enroll in something we are placing a certain amount of trust into the person we may have enrolled under. The internet game is one big ball of trust, which is hard to accomplish when one is just beginning also.
Write up a "game" plan, and if it helps write out before hand what you would say to your co-workers or friends, write answers to any and all questions that come to mind, and practice, practice. After all I heard that "practice, makes perfect". Just some food for thought. Good Luck

I know what you all mean about it being hard and taking time. When I decided to try out my current program, one of the first things I did was write my level 4 upline (level 4 in my program means he can promote and start actually earning on a monthly basis; by that time he would have an ACTIVE referral base of at least 150), and asked him how long it took him to get to level 4. He said it took him 10 months. I'm not sure how long it's been since then (I think more than a year), but he's currently pulling in over $2,000 a month. I also don't know how much he spent in advertising nor how much experience he had before starting.
My point is, like all the others said, it will take time. I'm determined to give it as much time as possible, and learn all I can in the mean time. That's the best advice I can give you at this point.
