You've had two posts here, including this one. I don't know how you reported errors, but nowhere on the Net have I found better response and support than right here.
We all exprerience a problem from time to time, and most times its' a local error, and sometimes it's more general. It's OK to report it, but before doing so it's smart to check if it has been reported before.

Inge, you were too diplomatic to a BS post!
Diplomatic? Me? First time anyone said that to me! :)

Im sure the support and admin are doing all they can.
There are bound to be glitches when a site has a new theme to it as this one has.
Patience is the best thing and read the forum posts as to what is going on.
And Inge you can be diplomatic when you try but we love you anyway

Graphics are memory hungry even IF they have been resized and Tim already knows about this issue...It is tied in with some other glitch having to do with the Letters and that is why the pictures are not changing for now...
As to the buttons not working? Why not close your browser, clear out the cache and restart...Perhaps everything will work again for you...
We are all here to lend a hand to one another when needed and we should be more tolerant with each other regardless of how or what is asked...
God Bless and Keep on surfing...

Peter, I have re-checked the support mail account, and the last email request from you was on April 2 - I forwarded it to Tim as it was relating to the Top Sites program which I do not administer, although I do provide support where I can. If you have submitted a support request more recently, can you re-send it to me at the email address below.
Generally support requests are responded to in under 24 hours, sometimes longer but this is definitely the exception rather than the norm.

I'll look in my inbox. Richard is way faster than me. That's why he's the support guy =P

This is ONE site where you DO get response immediately. I recall that even in my *blonde* days Tim was patient, helpful and gosh he seems awake 24/7

LOL
actually it is a case of having the admin and support person on different timezones helps - I am around at times when Tim is not and vice-versa.
Plus, with 2 of us to watch out for the members, it spreads the workload :)
