After the new 100 page bonus came in effect, the is a small problem.

If you surf, via the surfbar, and have not logged into the membership area before you reach the 100, then you are NOT entered into the Nightly sweepstake and you do not get a prize.

Only thing showing is the Sales Page

Happend twice yesterday and twice again today - so far

Hi Bent, yep I know about that...Now I make sure to be logged in so when the "Claim the Prize Page" comes up I can click on the link and be entered into the drawing...I am sure Tim has mentioned having to be logged on the forum and in his newsletters...

God Bless and Keep on surfing...

That is not intentional. On StartXchange you should be able to surf and get prizes without logging in. Tried something, might have worked. However still unsure as I thought it was working to begin with =P

The login information is in a cookie. If you've cleaned out the cookies, a new one will not be made until you log in.

If you're unsure whether you are logged in or not, do this:
Holding a SHIFT key down, click the REPORT button. You'll have a new window. Click ACCOUNT (Left menu, top entry). If you're not logged in you should get a login dialog. Log in, close the new window and click the prize link.
The important thing here of course, is that you log in BEFORE you click the prize link! :)

Or simply scroll down and go to your member area or whatever else, this will open a new tab with the ability to log in first if you weren't logged in yet.

As a matter of fact, if you click the REPORT button without being logged in, you'll get the login-page immediately (Just checked).

Yes, the report page requires a login because we track who is reporting what. We don't want people to fake reports from others.

However the random bonus prize shouldn't need a login. I'll keep fiddling with it till I find the problem =P

Oh no! it happened to me! I swapped to IE7 because FF was slowing down my surfing and then when I came to the 100 pages bonus, it asked me to log-in but after I did, it didn't enter me into the draw. Boo Hoo!
