I just checked a barrel of oil priced in Manila [$120/barrel] according to the Manila Times. That's only 10cents more than the USA barrel; however, the date on the news paper is THU 24 APR - it is still the 23rd in the USA - possible the USA barrel price will catch up by a dime tomorrow [our 24th]
