Hi All

I am experimenting with Live Support! If you want to try it goto:

Richard and I will be on at some point. I just installed it and chatting with someone while they were signing up to StartXchange! I'm way addicted to this thing now so come by and say hi!

Once we've played with it a bit, and decided if it's here to stay, I'm going to try to have a certain time frame that one of us is always on. I should probably go tell him that I set it up too huh? LOL once I had access to the site I immediately added the code and started inviting people to chat.

Hi Tim, yes it is a good idea to let your cohort know what you have been up to...

Ooh, plotting against the support guy. ;)

Might want to tone down the members' area button. Like a plain orange rather than those little stripes. Is this news enough for another blog? *hint hint* :D

Aww you don't like the stripes? LOL yeah I was going to send a newsletter out but figured I'd wait till tomorrow morning so I'll have a few hours to be in it when I get spammed by members wanting to try it =P

Hi having tried out this new live support and gone and said Hi to Tim it was nice to talk to him almost what seemed face to face

Since it seems that there is not ever a reason to need support I guess the live chat is just that.
