Does this targeted traffic program work?

Has anyone here used OneClickTraffic (.biz)? I just got an ad for it and it looks like it might be a good place to buy advertising... but I don't have money to waste, so I thought I'd check with others and see if it really works like it says.

I haven't used them and don't recognize them. It looks like they are over a year old, so it could be good. However if you don't have money to waste your best bet would be to spend the money wherever you are getting the best results now.
