Our probably biggest competitor, TrafficSwarm,
has recently passed 500,000 members. That's
right, a half million.
My own signup number is just above 100,000.

They are not saying how many are active, but
every day probably more people are surfing there,
than the total member base of StartXchange.
My own downline in TS is slightly smaller than
the whole of StartXchange.

We have a long way to go. Numbers are not
everything, but there are many reasons why
StartXchange is my preferred traffic exchange,
and now that we get commissions as well .... :)

However, more (active) members means that
you'll see more opportunities. Go to another TE,
and you'll soon see sites that you haven't seen
before.

The more active members, the better a TE will be.
Your sites will be shown to more people, instead
of being show more times to the same people.
Are YOU getting bored by seeing the same sites
over and over again?

There's one thing we can do to improve our
situation. Promote! Use some of your credits to
promote StartXchange in the other TEs you use.
Track all results so you know which ones are
more useful. Stop using TEs that don't produce.

Have a nice surfing experience!

Hi Inge,

I sense that you are one good downline builder. Your number of referrals seems very impressive to me. I am using TS also but had stop surfing there for quite a while.

I tested quite a fair bit of TEs but had stop surfing in quite a lot of them too, due to poorer results with limited member base, maybe. I think if as surfers, when we don't find a TE interesting to surf, most members would feel that way also.

What's the best tracking tools ?

Thanks..
Frankie

I don't surf regularly in TS any more. My downline gives me all the credits I need! :) But I do take a peek a couple of times a day. See if there's anything new.

I couldn't really say what's the best tracking tool, but I find my own to be OK for me. It's just a tiny php script, with hit counter and an information log. Quite sufficient for me. The greatest advantages are that everything is done on my own site, so there's no extra waiting involved. I get all the information I need and more: IP address, exact time, even the client program. I can see that a great number of search engines are regularly checking my sites! :)
And of course, I can see what TEs are giving me fewer hits than they are telling me .... :)

I can also see that some websites send visitors to my sites for free! :)

I have promoted consistently, but most of the credit must be to my downline who have done most of the work.

Hi Inge

Ok, let me see if I can figure this out.
In your post of Introduction you say: "Right now I rank as no. 9.
I think that must be about as high as you can come before losing your mind!
OK, my wife thinks lost it already. .- (ps- I feel with you there)
And that is a great job...I thought, until you write here - " I do not surf regular in TS any more"
This is two lines colliding I think.
It cant bee all the good downline of yours that gives you the high no.9 position?
Does it work that way ?, I mean to get points and bonuses and to climb the letter of ranking..you have to surf regularly?
Or is it me that are the Crazy Norwegian now then? :D:D

Regards

Ole

TS = TrafficSwarm.
That's right, I don't surf much there any more.
I get a couple of thousand credits from my downline every day, and I get even more credits from one day to the next. In addition, since I'm a Pro user, I get 2500 extra credits a month, and IF I surf, I sometimes get a 500 credits random bonus.

There's very little reason for me to surf regularly at TS, and it has no team system, no ranking system, and no competition. There's a credits lottery, but I see no reason to take part.

Here at StartXchange I give my credit fortune to the team. :)
