That's Norwegian for the Land of the Midnight Sun!

Also the land of the one-eyed god Odin, the one-eyed King -- and me, the one-eyed Viking!
(I do have a beard, but alas, no horns! :) )

Welcome to everyone, new and old, to the new Forum!
You'll like it here, I'm sure. People are friendly and positive, as is our leader Tim Linden and his partner and moderator DeHawkinz.

Thanks to all for making this Forum a pleasant place to visit. Let's keep it that way!

Hugs to all!
Inge, Team UpAndForward

Welcome from the land of the perpetual rain (Yorkshire, England)

I hope you will enjoy the new forum as much as the old one - it may be new, and there are some bugs to iron out - but hopefully it will be even better than the last one :)

Got a new name for you De.... SuperDude! :)

I was born and raised in Bergen, a city well known for the rain.
But in Bergen people are seldom seen with rain clothes. Guess we don't care about getting wet! :)

Hi Inge

What about Knut Hamsun and Ibsen, for those of us of a literary bent. Or Dvorak - Norway is a land of stars...

Sett i gang, det må ikke være spesielt avansert.

I agree, everyone should be entitled to express their opinion - you may weigh the value of opinions differently, but that should not preclude the expression of them. (within reason of course)

No Horns? Are you sure? Seems I got the boot.

Well Lotto, sometimes a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do. Having to boot someone from the team is probably the worst part of being a team leader. However, sometimes it is necessary to remove less active members for the good of the team.

Didn't know that it wouldn't have been a big deal to rejoin.

Getting ZZZZzzzzz so I may make a pizza run soon very soon.

Hi Inge,
You seem to be a VERY active member of SX!
Louis

Guess so Louis.
Right now I rank as no. 9.
I think that must be about as high as you can come before losing your mind!
OK, my wife thinks lost it already. :)

Luckily I found some other activities on the side .... :)

So, you at no.9..well, what can I say, great job and a great Crazy Norwegian :D :D
